You have the right to request the return of eligible, unworn product(s) within 3 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of return, you must ship the product(s) to:

and notify us at info@midasjewelry.gr of your decision to return the product(s), along with the shipment details, by means of a clear written statement.
To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the return and shipment details before the 3-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product(s), except in the case of a defective product.
Returned product(s) must be shipped without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 3 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return them.
Returns of damaged, worn, altered, or diminished products resulting from the customer’s fault, misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be accepted.
All of our jewelry is handmade and unique. As such, slight variations in size, color, finish, or texture may occur and are considered part of the craftsmanship rather than defects.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If you receive a defective product, you may choose one of the following options:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product(s) in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.
Production times may vary depending on the design and current workload.
Greece: Easy Mail or ELTA Courier, approximately 15–20 working days
Europe: FedEx Express or DHL, approximately 2–3 weeks
Rest of the World: FedEx Express or DHL, approximately 2–4 weeks
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and vary depending on the delivery destination.
We offer free shipping on orders of €450 or more.
Product insurance is included in the shipping cost.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes).
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding national holidays.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or any third-party service provider.
